    • The control kit must be purchased separately!
    • * Based on numerous customer feedback, the tank of the freestanding toilet has been redesigned in 2025 and is now manufactured in gray to prevent urine from being identifiable as such during transport. Because the gray tank is relatively opaque, the fill level is difficult to see. Due to the manufacturing process, air bubbles may be present at the threads. These do not affect functionality, and neither of these issues constitutes grounds for a complaint.
    • The gap between the toilet and the wall in the wet room must be sealed at the wall connection. We recommend Sikaflex 522 for sealing in wet rooms.
    • We manufacture our products to the best of our knowledge and belief to ensure the most precise 1:1 replacement possible. However, due to manufacturing tolerances, the variety of installation situations (especially with bench toilets), and tolerances in furniture construction, it may still be necessary to make individual adjustments (e.g., to the furniture construction or gap covers) directly in the vehicle. This does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
    • Should installation according to the customer's specifications not be possible, the customer is free to return the toilet within 30 days in its original packaging and with the hygiene seal intact.
    • Use only within the scope of its intended purpose.

      FAQ

      With proper handling, virtually no odor is produced. Odor formation when excrement mixes is caused by the release of gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and methane. Various bacteria and yeasts that decompose the nutrients are responsible for the noticeable odors. Therefore, the solids are covered with litter. We recommend ourActivated carbon litter, as it absorbs moisture particularly effectively. Due to its high activated carbon content, it binds significantly more than coconut fibers or wood shavings. In the liquefied mass, as found in a cassette toilet, bacteria, yeasts, and the enzymes produced are especially active. Furthermore, the air supply intensifies the odor. The typical urine smell arises primarily from the combination with water, especially with the dissolved calcium. The limescale that forms over time also contributes to the odor. OurPerfect TTT Urine StonePrevents limescale and odor buildup. The longer urine is collected, the stronger the odor becomes. Therefore, our composting toilets have a maximum canister capacity of ten liters, which is sufficient for approximately two to four days. Generally speaking, odors increase with rising outside temperatures, so we always recommend using a fan.

      The TTT (Tubing Tube Feeder) will generally work without electricity. However, we recommend using the control kit and connecting it to a fan system. This is unnecessary with the "daily" cleaning of a dry composting toilet, as no water should enter the urine tank.
