With the control kit, you can make Perfect Van's dry separation toilet perfect!

A control panel is integrated inside the vehicle. A level switch and a fan control switch (Perfect TTT Air kit, SOG...). This is attached to the control housing (in disposal shaft) connected.

The vehicle's submersible pump can also be activated using the control housing. It only requires a quick coupling and a shower fitting to create an outdoor shower with a cold water function.

Control kit consisting of

  • Control panel inside in white (level indicator and fan activation)
  • Control housing with switch for shaft lighting and water pump

If you want to connect your SOG fan, you still need adapter pieces for the hose. DiesYou can also find it here in the shop!
Note that with a SOG roof and floor fan, a cable must be laid from the fan to the shaft in order to be able to connect it to the control housing.

SOG fan connection

  • If you want to connect your SOG fan, you'll also need adapter pieces for the tubing. You can find these and other items here in the shop.
    Please note that with a SOG roof and floor fan, a cable must be laid from the fan to the shaft in order to connect it to the control housing.

Additional information on special control panels:

  • C260 PLUS: For all Malibu vans where the control panel is located above the toilet's swivel lever. Sufficient space is ensured on the wall behind it (bed side).
    C220 Front-mounted unit: For vehicles with a front-mounted plastic box (similar to a toilet cistern), this special control panel must be ordered.

Please note:

  • We manufacture our products to the best of our knowledge and belief to enable the most precise 1:1 replacement possible. However, due to manufacturing tolerances, the variety of installation situations (especially with bench toilets), and tolerances in furniture construction, it may still be necessary to make individual adjustments (e.g., to the furniture construction or gap covers) directly in the vehicle.
  • The tabs on the control kit must be carefully and individually shortened with a cutter or chisel. This is necessary to ensure that all users can fit the panel. This is not a valid reason for a complaint.
  • Should installation according to the customer's specifications not be possible, the customer is free to return the toilet within 30 days in its original packaging and with the hygiene seal intact.
  • Use only within the scope of its intended purpose.

We recommend using a fan. OurFan setwith theDoor Connect(Necessary when accessing through the inspection hatch) is designed for continuous 24/7 operation. The fan consumes approximately 0.54 Wh.

Yes, existing SOG fans can usually be used. The exception is the SOG ceiling fan. The wiring for this is so complex that we disable the SOG ceiling fan and install our own. We offer suitable adapter pieces for all common SOG systems.

With proper handling, virtually no odor is produced. Odor formation when excrement mixes is caused by the release of gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and methane. Various bacteria and yeasts that decompose the nutrients are responsible for the noticeable odors. Therefore, the solids are covered with litter. We recommend ourActivated carbon litter, as it absorbs moisture particularly effectively. Due to its high activated carbon content, it binds significantly more than coconut fibers or wood shavings. In the liquefied mass, as found in a cassette toilet, bacteria, yeasts, and the enzymes produced are especially active. Furthermore, the air supply intensifies the odor. The typical urine smell arises primarily from the combination with water, especially with the dissolved calcium. The limescale that forms over time also contributes to the odor. OurPerfect TTT Urine StonePrevents limescale and odor buildup. The longer urine is collected, the stronger the odor becomes. Therefore, our composting toilets have a maximum canister capacity of ten liters, which is sufficient for approximately two to four days. Generally speaking, odors increase with rising outside temperatures, so we always recommend using a fan.
