Annette Siegle
Annette is the CEO and founder of Perfect Van, the inventor and driving force behind their numerous products – and a passionate camper through and through. Perfect Van's journey began in 2022 when she developed a special sink extension for her Knaus campervan because the bathroom sink was far too small. This was followed by further extensions for Weinsberg, Vantourer, Malibu, Adria, and Pössl, as well as sink inserts and storage boxes.
In 2023, Annette presented her next innovation at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf – the Perfect Van dry-composting toilet. She realized this idea together with a local plastics company near Stuttgart. Everything is manufactured in the region – because Annette places great value on local production in Germany.
The trained printing technician handles almost all areas of Perfect Van. She is responsible for product development and optimization, manages sales, oversees technical support, and greets customers. She even lends a hand with the interior fittings herself. Naturally, the logo and flyers are also her creative work.
Annette finds it difficult to tolerate flaws. This drive for perfection compels her to constantly seek improvements and optimizations, even in her motorhome. Annette finds the compromises inherent in standard solutions too extensive, so in 2026 a long-cherished dream of a custom conversion is fulfilled. She wants to design everything according to her own vision – and, as always, perfectly.
When Annette isn't out on her bike, she and her family enjoy "wild camping" in nature, away from campsites. For her, the simple life and direct contact with nature – with just a few possessions – is true luxury and means "back to the roots."

Isabel Weihermann
Isa is responsible for marketing at Perfect Van, where her duties include managing the website and trade fair booth. She also oversees PR and maintains contacts with media outlets, influencers, and content creators. Her responsibilities further encompass technical support, and as a passionate camper herself, she also contributes to new product development.
As a trained visual marketing designer, Isa brings practical experience from trade fair construction and advertising technology. Since 2017, the Munich native has also worked as a freelance writer, editor, and content creator.
Isa has had a classic "camper career": from a VW bus to a panel van to a large semi-integrated motorhome – and finally to a Hymer ML-T. Isa's long-cherished dream: a self-conversion. Planning for it is already underway.
For Isa, motorhomes are more than just a hobby – she lives and breathes them. She's constantly optimizing and modifying her vehicle, trying out new ideas. As the administrator of a Facebook group for the Hymer ML-T, she actively connects with other campers and gathers inspiration.
Through her work as an author, Isa has driven many different vehicles and is quite familiar with the diversity of the motorhome world. What she enjoys most is the direct exchange with other campers.
Isa loves traveling freely and independently throughout Europe. These trips often result in travelogues that are published in renowned magazines. She travels either with her dog or on her e-mountain bike, and you'll frequently encounter Isa in the mountains or in beautiful mountain biking regions.
