With the 45° fitting you can optimize the position of the hose on the fan housing.
Sometimes it makes sense that you don't come straight out of the fan housing with the hose, but at a slight angle. There is a 45° fitting for this. Which of course also fits perfectly into all the openings provided.
The air kit comes standard with 3 straight fittings. This fitting serves as a supplement/optimization.
